We drove to Tempe and purchased the RDX yesterday. Our experience was beyond our expectations!! On Thursday I spent several hours at Chapman Acura in Tucson. It was a very unsavory experience. I did speak with the sales manager he offered to meet the same price that Lisa and I worked out. I let him know that it was a matter of principal and I was NOT interested in doing business with the dealership. I spoke with Lisa approximately 5 times on the phone. She offered several suggestions in regards to our trade. I found her interest in our purchase sincere and honest. She never tried to push. Her statements were always pleasant and inviting. My husband and I decided to purchase the RDX on 2/11/2011 I submitted the credit app as Lisa directed the I followed up with a phone call. I had the extreme pleasure to speak with Timothy Gavin. He completed the credit app and returned a phone call to let us know that everything was a go. He also followed up with a phone call prior to our departure to make sure the car was ready for our arrival. When we arrived to the dealership Lisa came out to greet us. She was energetic and thoroughly prepared for our arrival. We found the dealership to be exceptionally clean and warm. She took the time to ask if we would like something to drink and showed us to the well prepared lounge. Then she continued with her documents in a very professional manner. After we completed the initial paper work we removed the items from our trade to our new auto. Timothy Gavin introduced himself, we found him very pleasant and helpful. After we completed the transition Kim in finance was ready for us. Kim was friendly, well organized and thorough. She is knowledgeable about the Acura product. She appropriately guided us through the warranty products. The entire process was brief and extremely pleasant. I have always driven Ford products. The RDX sell itself. I feel confident that we will buy another Acura in the future. It is a wonderful product. Your staff are beyond reproach. If you are ever shopped by the competition I can only hope that they pay attention to the professionalism exhibited by your staff. There is another gentleman that I would like to acknowledge. He introduced himself as Lisa and Timothy's supervisor. He asked if Lisa has meet all of our needs, and assured us that he was available if we needed. I cannot remember his name unfortunately. This is my first new car. Thank you for making this purchase so wonderful. We will certainly recommend your dealership to our friends. We will be sure to give the survey guru's 10's across the board!!!!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The fact that a technician was sent out with my new battery and that he was able to install it for me at my worksite, was impressive. It made a really bad couple of days so much better. Steve, the technician, was pleasant and efficient and prompt. I was kept informed all the way as to time and what would be done. I have to say that I have never received such royal treatment with any car I have ever owned!

What can I say? Able is great! The recent experience I had which led to having my vehicle towed to Acura of Tempe was diluted from "self-induced stress", to a calm feeling of "simple maintenance". We have been customers since May 2003 and although its a drive from the far west valley, the service received from Bob Santa Maria and his team are top notch. Todd was extremely helpful. We came in to have an oil change and warranty repairs. He did a preliminary check and heard a noise that we hadn't.. some thing seemed off to him in the car. He told us about it and said he would have the mechanic look in to it. It turned out to be a bearing that had given out and they replaced the part under warranty for us. Had he not had the ear for the job we probably would have been stuck with the repair bill in a few months after the warranty ran out. This goes to show you how valuable a good service advisor can be. I called Acura of Tempe for service on my 2008 MDX on Friday morning. I actually spoke with a live very courteous and professional person. The lady I spoke with was friendly, professional and truly made me feel like a valuable customer. She asked me what time for me was good to schedule my apointment. Set the appointment for 11:00am that same morning with Able.I arrived at Acura of Tempe at 11:00am that morning and was greeted by Able as I drove up to the Service Dept. Able was very friendly and accomadating. He presented differnet options to me and directed me to the well appointed guest waiting area. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be bringing my MDX back to Acura of Tempe for all of my furture service needs in the future. My MDX was finished and cleaned as promised.
I have received nothing but frustration with the service dept at Acura of North Scottsdale where I purchased my MDX. You never can speak to a live person and when you do they are very unfreindly and act in a way that makes you feel like you are bothering them. I had attempted to get my MDX in for service there for over a week but with no success. I had even explained to them that the service was now over due and was told I was not reading the message properly. It is what it is.
Thank you to the Service Dept of Acura of Tempe , Able in particular, for providing such professional customer service that is rare to find these days.

My service on Saturday, June 5 was exceptional as always. Abel facilitated my services which were unscheduled due to a battery problem. Even though it was busy - the waiting areas were full - I was in/out within an hour with a cleaned car on top of it. I will always drive an Acura not only because of the quality of the car itself, but equally, if not more important, because of the great service. The old adage that the equipment is only as good as the service rings true for me...great equipment - extraordinary service!

Everytime I come there for my auto maintenance, I continue to marvel at the professionalism and pampering service of your team. Your lounge is so clean, comfortable and well stocked I don't mind the wait. But more importantly, but your service team really cares.
