Keith helped me several months ago
purchase my MDX and the process was so smooth I didn't even think of going
elsewhere when it was time to replace my wife's car. Keith is very easy going
and a pleasure to work with. His finance guy, Vernon Redd, is top notch as
well. Both of them know what the client wants and how to give it to them.
Unless Acura really screws up their future designs, I'll be a client for life
and will refer anyone I can to these two guys.

Keith Baize was very helpful giving my son and I
information by e-mails. He knew what I wanted before I went to Acura of Tempe
to buy my vehicle. I am from El Paso, TX and my son lives in Arizona. Mr. Baize
would answer all the questions my son would ask him about the vehicles at the
lot. His manager was also very helpful and nice.

I have been buying new cars for 55 years my new car
buying experience was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had.
Michael was exceptional in the pre-sale period. Keith took over with the vehicle
delivery process, because Michael was sick the day I went into sign the final
papers. The level of professional did not change. Then Vernon came in to handle
all of the paper signing & again he was very professional and respectful.

Saw the 2003 Saturn L300 on-line and checked it out.Keith
answered all questions and didn't pressure,we test drove and I was sold.He drew
up the papers and I was on my way in 3 hours time.Nice staff -kudos to all!A
special thanks to Timmothy Cummings <a former Saturn rep himself> for his
e-mail expertise in locating an owners manual.

Under Richard Cvijanovich leadership, Acura of Tempe is
the best dealership I have ever worked with. Their professionalism, knowledge,
attention to detail, and attentiveness is second to none! I have been taking my
2002 MDX in for service for the past 8 years and have always received excellent
service. Abel Talbo is our service representative and is proactive, accessible,
and works hard to get me the best prices on needed repairs. The dealership is
clean and provides an excellent environment for relaxing or working during service
visits. The service loaners are well equipped and spotless. I recently traded
my 2002 MDX in for a 2012 MDX and this transition, as expected, was seamless.
Joel West and Keith Baize handled the transaction quickly, efficiently, and
were always looking out for my best interests. Finally, Finance Manager, Kim
Neal, supported the financial component of the purchase with ease and
professionalism.
I highly recommend Acura of Tempe for all of your vehicle needs!

Came in for the service department to install a roof rack and running boards on my 11' MDX. I was told it would be a 4-4.5 hour wait but they were finished in 3 hours. I also appreciated that they washed and dried my car for me as well. Everyone was friendly and service was prompt. They even gave me a better deal than what I was originally quoted. Bonus!

Just wanted to say how great the service was last Wednesday for my RDX. I'm new to the area and needed to come in for an oil change and Dave took care of me. Happy to know that my RDX will be in good hands from here on out. *however* the followup phone I received a day later was less than stellar. I was in a rush and accidentally picked up my phone, when I asked if I could call back... the rep said, it's a simple YES or NO question. left a bad taste in my mouth

Good Service, great service employee communication and assistance. The waiting area/lounge is very comfortable. The only thing I would like to see different is- when you clean the car- do the inside as well. It wouldn't take that long to wipe down the dash etc. That would make it worth the extra time waiting for the car wash. I like that service- just wish it was a complete service. The vacuum job that was done was sub par .

I was met immediately, by an employee, when pulling up to the door. Dana, then took information and suggested that I wait in the waiting room. I then enjoyed coffee and a coke, read a magazine and watched TV. When my car was finished with the service, a mechanic explained the answer to a question I had. I then paid my bill and left.

David Laird at Tempe Acura was amazing when our car broke down. He was patient in a frustrating situation and sent someone to my office to get my car fixed. We will continue to use David as our customer service rep. Thank you!!!
